Davros, Leader of the Daleks!
Davros is a brilliant Kaled scientist from the planet Skaro.
Davros was the chief scientist of the Kaleds, heading the Scientific Elite Division.
He became horribly scarred and crippled after an accident during his experiments that left him with
only one functioning arm and one cybernetic "eye" mounted on his forehead.
Davros discovered that contamination from the nuclear and biological weapons used in the war with the Thals were mutating the Kaled race. He ran experiments to artificially accelerate the process to examine the ultimate evolutionary end product. It was devasting as the mutations were weak and crippled.
His solution was to remove all emotions that created weakness, he grouped such emotions as compassion, mercy and kindness. He then placed his mutant creations inside tank-like "travel machines" partly based on the design of his wheelchair. He named these creatures Daleks, an anagram of Kaled.
Davros quickly became obsessed with his creations, considering them to be the ultimate form of life, superior to all others. To stop his own people from shutting down his Dalek project, he coldly double crossed his own people and arranged for them to be wiped out by the Thals. The Daleks then exterminated the Thal victors, but ultimately turned on Davros and apparently killed him.
He was resurrected when he was needed again for his scientific genius. It is uncertain if he still exists or whether he mutated further following radiation exposure.
