Who Are You? I'm The Doctor!

Doctor Who, first appeared on our TV screens at 5:15 p.m. on November 23, 1963 and originally ran for 26 seasons on the BBC until December 6, 1989.
In the early days, the character of the Doctor was shrouded in mystery. All we knew about him was that he was an alien time traveller of great intelligence and of eccentric character.
He travelled back and forth through time on a seemingly never ending journey fighting evil and aiding those in danger.
His Time Travel through Space is made possible by his unreliable time machine known as the Tardis. The Tardis, much to the bewilderment of human passengers is much larger on the inside than on the outside. Following a chronic malfunction, The Tardis is stuck in the shape of a 1950s-style British police box (orginally it could change its appearance to fit in with the surrounding environment).
It has been revealed that the Doctor is "on the run" from his own people, the Time Lords of the planet Gallifrey. Although the details are unclear The Doctor blames himself for the destruction of Gallifrey.
